A 5-year old child needs your help, and it won't cost a dime.

Kai Anderson is suffering from leukemia, and needs a bone marrow transplant.

The young boy is facing his illness with bravado, as his father, 42-year old David Anderson, is facing his own mortality. David was diagnosed with a fatal, incurable form of cancer last year.

And now, as Kai sickens, they are relying on the help of a stranger who hears of their plight, to step up to the plate and offer help to their little boy.

On Wednesday, the indoor playground Apple Seeds will collect painless cheek swabs at 10 West 25th St. in NYC from noon - 5 p.m.

If you are match, simple painless blood test will be taken to confirm your bone marrow can be used to save the life of 5-year old Kai.

Bone marrow donations have been saving lives for many years. The chances of anyone finding a match are 3 out of 10.

Until the Anderson family finds a match, however, this little boy must undergo grueling chemotherapy treatments.

Saving Kai's life will transform your own - and offer solace to his father, who is suffering from mantle cell lymphoma.
