NJ Gov: State of Emergency declared in N.J. tomorrow as of noon

NJ Governor Murphy has just announced he is launching a State of Emergency starting tomorrow, Saturday, at noon.

The winter storm is expected to bring heavy snow, damaging wind gusts up to 40 miles per hour and a dangerous ice storm starting Sunday in the early hours.

"Stay off the roads," said the Governor Murphy.
