Montclair Center Stage Music Festival Features Free Music All Afternoon Saturday, May 5

This year, Montclair Center Stage will kick off with a music festival on Saturday, May 5, from 12 pm - 8 pm on Lackawanna Plaza. The Montclair Center Stage Music Festival will celebrate the tradition of Montclair music with two stages of the best, emerging local talent and a special tribute to Montclair music legend John Finnegan. Bands will include Hodera, Tula Vera, Samad Savage, SMOCK, Wyland, Rockstar Racecar, School of Rock Montclair and Ava Otterbein. The event is free and will feature food, vendors and beer from the Pig & Prince. The rain date for the event will be Sunday, May 6.

“Center Stage has been a cornerstone of Montclair’s arts scene for years,” said Israel Cronk, executive director of the Montclair Center BID. “We are so proud to celebrate this great tradition with some of the best of our young talent.”
