Work towards your Junior Girl Scout Simple Meals and Playing the Past Badges with Rutgers Cooperative Extension 4-H and the Montclair History Center. Scouts will tour the farm, interact with live chickens, take a sensory tour of our herb gardens to select our herbs, and understand our cooking and agricultural past with a visit to our hearth kitchen. We’ll harvest veggies and herbs from the farm and fire up the hearth fireplace to scallop tomatoes and make macaroni the historic way for dinner.
