It is with great pride that James Caldwell High School recognizes the artistic accomplishment of senior Christian Badach, who received an Honorable Mention Award in the Drexel University High School Photography contest for his photo entitled “Cart”.
The photo contest, done through Drexel University, is open to all high school students in the United States. Students may enter all types of photographic processes, including black/white, color, silver prints, digital prints, and historical processes. Of the entries received, six awards were given out, including three for Honorable Mention.
Christian’s work will be honored on February 10, 2018 at Drexel University, during their opening reception. His photograph will be displayed from February 10 through March 5. Christian will also receive a $50 gift certificate.
Christian Badach: “When I sent my photograph into the Drexel University Photography contest, I didn’t expect to win or even advance to the final selection. It is a huge honor to win an Honorable Mention Award and to have my work be put in the exhibition.”
Congratulations to Christian!
