ISIS has officially bragged that they are responsible for the attack at a Minnesota mall this weekend. The armed man, who stabbed 9 people, is 22 year old Dahar Adan.
With this attack now being called an act of terrorism, the recent bombs in New Jersey, New York City and New Jersey again today lead authorities to believe, unofficially still, that terror cells are all acting for ISIS or other terrorist organizations.
